I need replacement pivot shoes for American Craftsman vinyl windows purchased in August 2011.

I am looking for two (2) coil balances for a Simonton Window. The part I'm looking for connects the balance to the sash plastic piece that rides in channel in window frame with round metal piece that allows window to tilt in.The Simonton windows were manufactured 4/21/11 I assume there is a left and right for each sash. Thank you

Looking for parts for our old windows - Owen Corning from 2001. The coil springs of several windows are breaking. The pivot shoe dimensions : 1 1/4 , 1 1/2 and 7/8. The number on the pivot shoe is 9. The number on the coil is 10.

Hello, I have a Simonton window with broken pivot hardware. There are actually quite a few of these in the home but only one has broken hardware. I am hoping to be able to order a couple sets of the replacement hardware in the event that another one breaks. Can you help?

Have a few windows where the shoe broke off the balance spring housing. Unfortunately no part number stamped on the coil. Width is 3/4". Any assistance in confirming the correct part. Also need the pivot bar.
