I uploaded the serial number pic. Looking for the plastic piece that has one phillips head screw in middle of it. Window does not stay in place when you open it.

Two of my vinyl windows have what seems to be broken pivots. As you can see in one of my windows the metal keepers are just laying in the bottom of the side trough and the plastic housing which holds it is broken into pieces. I have Simonton 5300 Reflection windows. I need a replacement for the quick tilt mechanism as shown. In the picture the center and other side of the mechanism is missing. I hope you can help.

As you can see in the attached photos, we have two broken pieces within the channel of the outer window. 3 spring balancer with 2 covers, not a single cover. The cover for the single spring has a '10' on it. The cover for the other 2 springs has a '2' on it. All 3 springs have '407' on them

Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390. We are looking to find replacements for the pieces shown below as directed by customer service. The white plastic piece is broken in half. The other half is stuck in the window frame. I will need three sets please.

I bought 4 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Springs to replace my Simonton broken pivot springs in a double hung Simonton window. The replacement cam on the inside in the new pivot does not fit the pivit bar on my Simonton window, so I exchanged the new u-shaped cam with the old cam. It still does not slide ... (cont.)

During my attempt to clean the windows I tilted them out to far and all of the plastic components broke. I have all the the metal rollers. They are not needed.
