Hello, I have a Simonton window with broken pivot hardware. There are actually quite a few of these in the home but only one has broken hardware. I am hoping to be able to order a couple sets of the replacement hardware in the event that another one breaks. Can you help?

Have a few windows where the shoe broke off the balance spring housing. Unfortunately no part number stamped on the coil. Width is 3/4". Any assistance in confirming the correct part. Also need the pivot bar.

I bought a house and the windows have no markings, neither the part. One window does not stay up. The part that holds the window broke. The part is made out of plastic and it has a part made out of metal that is round and it has a grouve to insert the metal on the window to balance it. ... (cont.)

Two of my vinyl windows have what seems to be broken pivots. As you can see in one of my windows the metal keepers are just laying in the bottom of the side trough and the plastic housing which holds it is broken into pieces. I have Simonton 5300 Reflection windows. I need a replacement for the quick tilt mechanism as shown. In the picture the center and other side of the mechanism is missing. I hope you can help.

3 spring balancer with 2 covers, not a single cover. The cover for the single spring has a '10' on it. The cover for the other 2 springs has a '2' on it. All 3 springs have '407' on them

Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390.
