Hi, I need 2 balances matching these in the photo. Need 2 shoes and 2 of the pins that sit in the shoe. Only marking I see is 409 j on the metal band. On pin it says 0552 and 16. Thanks

I had theses windows put in 2008 when my wife was cleaning this she noticed the pivot shoe was broke I got it out I sent a picture of the bar code I'm not sure if I have to replace the pivot bars with the new pivot shoes Thanks for your help

coil balance & pivot bar parts

I have 4 windows that have broken balance springs. Will need replacement parts. If you have any installation guides or videos that would be helpful. Replacing both sides so will need 8 total

The Pivot Lock Shoes are broken on 4 sashes.

Would you mind helping me identify the exact pivot stop I need based on the photo attached? I would be ordering two for the same window and I would also like to kn ow if I need a right and left piece. Thank you

I need to replace the window balances. One is broken and obviously the window will not stay open. The window is a Simonton 33.75x60.5" double hung. I'm trying to figure out what balance will work for this window. They were installed in 2010.

SA 409 is stamped on the metal coil. what coil weight is needed for this 3/4 inch wide coil. and please let me know how much it costs.

Two of our tilt windows broke around the pivot lock shoe. Tried getting 4 new quick tilts for 15lb windows, but they were a totally different size. What parts should we order?

Simonton double hung windows. 2 of them have problems with the bottom sash not staying open. For one, the top sash falls down as soon as it's unlocked. The shoe in the photo is broken; I assume this is the same for the others. Unfortunately there are no part numbers marked.

The spring is 3/4" wide stamped with 407J. The window is simonton brand. I included the sash sticker in the photos.

I need to replace these parts with new ones. The sash weighs 30lbs. I have changed similar parts for sashs weighing less then 30lbs but did not find a coil balance that supports 15lbs.

I needed several of these to replace broken ones. The coil is 3/4 inches wide. The screw hole distance is 1 9/16 inch. The top part is 3 1/8 by 1 and 1/4 by 3/4 inch deep. The total length with quick latch is about 4".

I need both right and left window balance as pictured, are you able to identify what parts I need and availability?

I think this is a pivot lock shoe. The window is from Home Depot. Supposed to be Owens Corning Renovations 6500. Tag says it is a Simonton. Either way I need one. Depth is about 7/8-inches
