I've included pics of the original box and label on the window. I think it is a balance but am not certain. The plastic part split in two so the window does not work properly. My name is Jim, I am trying to fix my sister in law's window.

Looking to find replacement parts for Simonton window units.

I'm trying to locate the correct balancers for my Simonton double hung window but there are no numbers anywhere that I can see to tell what the weight would be. The only label I can find at the top of the window doesn't seem to have a model number, just the dimensions of the window. ... (cont.)

I have questions if I need replace the entire springs or just the shoes. And I would like confirm the model what I need. Thank you.

I have ten Simonton double hung, tilt-in windows from the 90's that have issues. Several have broken either the pivot bar or the shoe, or both as I fix up this house. For the lower sash, weighed in at 15.4 lbs on the 31.5 width x 51 height windows, of which I have four, the coil is stamped "408" I ... (cont.)

Trying to figure out which coil balance pieces to order. The only marking I see on the coil itself is "406" Can you suggest some parts to try? Looking to confirm parts group numbers for my window balances. Spring coil is stamped '407 J'

The photo of the broken piece does not show the round metal part that the tilt part in the window slides into. There is no markings I can find. I looked online and couldn't find anything that looked like what I sent. This is a tilt in window.

Need balances for these 2 windows - originally purchased as Sears Weatherbeaters and told they were made by Simonton. Balance shown I believe is same for both windows.

This part holds the upper window when it tilts out. The first picture is what broke off in the second picture. Do you have a replacement?Linda

Hello, this piece on my window broke I believe is the window tilt retractor not sure exactly. I also added a label that's on my window. It is a single coil.

Do you have these balance shoes for a 2001 double hung window

cutting these out is posing difficulties. I would have to cut into the window track in order to get it out.

I'm not certain if these pictures are adequate but we have a client that needs at least 4 window sash pulley systems replaced and thought I would check with you folks as you have helped me in the past.
