Hi I'm looking to replace the coil balance assembly on a simonton double hung window bottom sash the number on the top coil is 407 and the bottom one is 408. Let me know if you need more info, thanks.

I have several windows where the balance shoe is broken and when the windows tip in they have to be held in place by hand so I need to replace those parts. I can' find any part numbers on anything except img_1220

Hi there! I am looking for replacements for these window shoes. I think this is only a portion of the plastic part, as the rest of it is still in the window. These are Sears windows, approx 19 years old. Cannot locate any numbers or markings.

I have a Plygem window 1. Would not stay up. Coil part broken 2. Similar problem with 2nd window, but coil is different size. Plygem was not helping with parts and I hope you will. Thank you. The Pivot bar replacement that you recommended (26-336) and I ordered is not compatible with my window pivot shoe. Do you have any other recommendations? Are there other places where I may be able to locate a good replacement?
