Hi, Went to clean my double hung Simonton windows and realized that all my balance assemblies in all windows are broke. 21 windows. The plastic piece that holds the metal pin connector cracked in half. I'll be fixing one at a time. For the first window, I'll need 4 total assemblies. The coil is 3/4 ... (cont.)

Hi, trying to find the parts to fix my parents window. I am fairly sure the Pivot Shoe is this ( https://www.swisco.com/CertainTeed-Pivot-Shoe/pd/Tilt-Window-Replacement-Pivot-Lock-Shoes/15-192 ) but I don't see the same Sash Pivot Bar anywhere. Can you tell me which pivot I need to order to replace this broken piece. I included the bar code that I found on the side of the window.

I'm looking to replace a few broken window closures. These are simonton windows about 10-15 years old. Some of the smaller windows are single spool but the bigger ones are duel spool.

I cannot find the right size shoe for the window. We measured: 1 1/2"Tall x 13/16"Thick x 1 1/2"Wide I would like to order 10 in case more break.
