The clip for the track attachment for my dual arm casement window operator is broken. It has a part number ending in 02, as seen in the photo. Do you carry this clip? Thank you

Window handle has a hexagon nipple on it with 2 holes on it.there is also a push button on the handle which appears to relieve pressure so the handle can snap into the crank.i have another window of the same crank and handle.i tried to switch the handle but no luck leading me to believe it is the cr ... Good Morning i'm looking to get a replacement casement handle for a weathershield wood window. I have attached the codes and pictures of the unit P.L 050-213 Code WH-1 Series 8211 casement

Wondering if you know what kind of window operator would be a good replacement part for the one I have in these photos? HG04-2004U I have an issue that both left and right bottom arms keep popping out of the clip. Can you let me know what the solution is? I don't see that you sell the same type of clip.

I have two windows with 39-393 controllers but with pro handles that keep falling out. I ordered 2 of the 39-393 controllers to replace them with. I've disconnected the 2 arms and removed the 4 screws but the old controllers won't come out, they are somewhat loose but still feels like something hold ... (cont.)

There is a number on the crank - OP06-1520. Window etching is Duralite L8 081111 12:28. Trying to find a replacement crank handle.

It is part OPO5-1505 marked on the bottom.

found a lot of numbers - the arm says 0p05-2017, sent a picture of the numbers on the crank, could not find numbers on the lock. it is a vinyl awning window , built in late 84?

Hi, we have 4 window cranks on casement windows all having the same issue with the handle cracking/breaking. Imho, it's really a poor design as we barely touch the cranks, and if we do, we are super gentle. All of the cranks crack and break the same way each time. So, going forward my options ar ...
