36-078C 30-3/4" Awning Operator Track

The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

The black plastic part that fits into the slide on the left interior side is broken. Needs to be replaced. Manufactured 7/15/1998.

Need help finding replacement awning window assembly. When folded in the closed position arms measure 24 5/8 inches. Steven

I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.

In replacing the operator I found two of the screw holes don't line exactly (previous operator was a double arm), and for some reason there is a gap in the sill too close to two of the attachment screw holes (see attached pic). The new operator is installed and works but is attached by only 3 of th ... (cont.)

hello, I am looking for 2 parts: the metal clip that connects the arm to the slider, (seen here in 2 pics one a close up). and the slider itself. I would like about a dozen of each.thank you,Charles

Etched number A1042000163. FRC247. CIC- 6 10. ??? The mechanism works but is stiff, however the small arm (see photo) is detached and prevents the window from fully closing unless I push it out of the way with my finger.

I have several Norco Awning windows and some of the operators are getting worn out. Attached are pictures of one still working. The windows are around 40" wide and the operating arms are around 12" long that push them open. I have attached some photos. I need to know if you have a replacement unit ... (cont.)
