Hi, I am looking for these replacement parts on from my window.

The pivotshoe we took pictures of with measurements is broken. It's missing a metal piece where the spiral balance attaches to the pivotshoe. The picture of the one installed should be good as it still has the metal part. Could not find any name, numbers or markings on the pivotshoe, these are Don Y ... (cont.)

HiWe have older Imperial brand windows and need some components to. The spring that balances the vertical slide window broke on two windows and I am trying to locate replacements. I would purchase 4 if possible.ThanksJoel

I found a window at one of our locations that has this plastic piece and a pivot bar. Both pivot bars on the window are broken. What kind of pivot bar do I need to purchase to fit this piece? The plastic piece is about 1 5/16" long.

Need small bars that slide into bottom of window frame then attach to spring at edge of window.

I have a 2 inch long pivot bar with a pilot hole on the top at 1 5/8 " The width of the pivot bar is 1/4 inch. The height of the pivot bar is 3/16 of an inch. I am looking for several of these can you help me?

Have no ideal what this part is called. It mounts to bottom corner of window and the other end fits inside a square piece that slides up and down the track on the outer frame

Photos attached are of a pivot lock shoe from Survivor series 2100 window installed in 2003. The teeth in the lock shoe do not securely hold the 'prongs' in the internal spiral. Upon reassembly, when the sash is put back in and moved up or down you can here the spiral slip out of the teeth in the ... (cont.)

I need a new piece that goes into the bottom side of the window that locks it into the frame.

I need to purchase two sets of tilt pins for my windows. They are two inches in length and look like these pictures. I can't seem to find an exact match for my (2) broken pivot pins. Attached is a picture of part of one but I'm not sure the exact length as the other part is still in the window. Do you have a match for this piece? Thanks, Tom
