This is a broken balance shoe that I need to replace. The side channel has the code 27C G05 CMC 1.

Can you help me in identifying the replacement materials for this balance? Thank you.

The metal part of balance is 33", overall is 35". The actual window Is 35"x30". Can't find this balance anywhere

Right side balancer broke on new constructoin window. Left side number is 26C IR5 CMC 7

Hello I just bought two new Sash Carrier Assemblys from your site (Item # 15-272) because the old ones broke, see pics. But there is no way to get the metal pin from the old balance through the hole in the new assembly because the new assembly is solid plastic. Is there any way to do this? Do I need ... (cont.)

These parts fell out of the window and now the window falls out of frame.
