Hi, I installed American Craftsman Series 8500 windows from Home Depot in 2002. Several of the tilt latches are broken, and I'm trying to identify replacement parts if possible. Pictures are attached. Length = 2 3/8" Width = 11/16" Height = 3/8" Nose projection = 5/16"

This is the piece that holds the window in securely in each top corner of window. Also, this is the window latch. The plastic has become brittle and they have broken and now the windows fall in during a hurricane

I have 12 windows that need to replace the balances and the tilt lock mechanism.

I am searhing for the left and right hand sid piece for a tilt window. The piece is a latch that holds th window in the trak and allows you to remove the window. The piece appears to be spring loaded and slides back and forth, allowing the latch to move.

I have 8 windows. So I need 8 pairs. Need to confirm if this same part as Product Code: 26-266 Tilt Latch. Please verify. If it is the same part, is there a less expensive compatible part. Thank you.

There are two 00 on latch. It is spring loaded and slides in on top corners of windows. Think they measure 11/16" wide and 2 3/8 length without latch being extended. Thanks for any help. L.Leary
