hello I recently received my order. However, these latches are too long. I've added photos of the ones I want to replace. Are you able to help identify? And can I return the ones that I received? Thank you.

Hi, i'm a little confused... we have windows that are falling inward, I'm not a handy man at all but my guess is that it's because these window tilt latches don't even connect to the frame (my assumption is that they're stuck in a position) plus one of them seems to be broken (see image). Hello. My windows are needing some TLC. They are slowly falling apart. Are any of these parts covered under warranty? Latches are breaking as shown and one of the rods that allow the window to go up and down and tilt out broke as it seems to me.

Body 2 5/16" long x 11/16" wide x 3/8" thick

Hi! Anyway you could help me figure out what size/fitting this particular latch is. I need about 8 of them.

We have no ID numbers on the windows on our new home. Built on 2003 by Heartland Homes in Nebraska, who is now out of business. I have the bottom plate and the latch but based on the look and dimensions of the bottom plate (11/16" wide, 2-3/8 long, unknown depth) I think I need Swisco 26-393 which appears to be discontinued. Can you offer a different part that will work in this instance? Thank you.
