So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... window tilt latch looks just like your part # 26-244 or 26-243 but is smaller (shorter). I am attaching pictures. We have many houses in our Resort that were built around the same time by the same builder so may be a popular item here. Can you help?

Hello, I'm looking for tilt latches for the pella Encompass. Your 26-393A and 26-393B both are the right dimensions but I'm not sure which one to get.

Several of these window hardware pieces (I'm not sure of the name of it but the part keeps the window in place) have broken over the years and I cannot find the replacement. I bought the house with the windows installed and am not sure of the make.

I think these are reliabilt windows from Lowes. They are over 20 yrs old. Slide in latches. Demensions are 2-5/16 long.5/8 wide. 3/8thick.Hope you can help.

This balance shoe matches those on our single hung Pella windows. My concern is getting the hook attached to the metal channel cover and then getting it all back into the channel. Can I remove only the upper channel spreader before I completely replace the metal channel cover? If not, what is the ... (cont.)
