Had a piece rust off that allowed window to slide. Need to see if I can replace this

30 year old Lincoln awnings, Truth hardware. In the photos, the awning arm is 18", part #40023. My question is regarding the black plastic track guides; 1) Are they available?, 2) Are they an independently replaceable part, or does the repair require replacing the awning arm (hinge) complete? ... I will need additional parts, the vertical pieces for hinges right and left are 17 inches long The diagonal slideing pieces are 10 inches long each. Would also like to replace the latch parts if possible

I can't seem to find any way to adjust this window... It seems to be hanging very low... The operator arm on the lower part does not seem to be putting any tension to help hold the window up and aligned. I can push up on it when it gets back. Or crank "fast" to get it to pop shut. Working on a house i believe was built in the late 60's and windows appear to be original however cannot find any marking or part numbers of any kind. Any help would be appreciated

Can you please see if you can match this with what you have. To the best of my ability 38-239C looks like the design of the hinge, but not sure of the crank and handle part. The guides on the side of the window measure 12". Thanks for your help in advance
