How to install 36-015 ?
My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)

Hooks and pins
As you can see in the photos there are plastic pins attached to the sides. And hooks that hook onto the pins and prevent the window from opening after it is shut. I don't know the technical name for either of these parts or where to find them. Any help would be appreciated!

Storm window replacement part
I'm looking for this plastic peg piece. As you can see one is broken and then I took a picture of one not broken and then the metal claw that grabs onto it is the reason the peg exist I do not need a new claw piece. I only need that plastic peg piece Thanks for your help Sam

I have old 1964 aluminum awning windows with cranks. Nothing special The part I'm looking for connects to the vent hook (I believe that's the part name). It slides up the window on a track. Awning locking plastic

This is the part that is on the side of every window pane frame that projects from the edge of the frame that when you close the window sits under the claw in the mechanism and locks the window as the crank is turned and draws the window up and in.

Replacing Vent Pin on Awning Window
I have a few broken vent pins (36-016) on my 50 year old windows. It appears that the pins were peened in place. Once I remove the broken pins how should I secure the new pins?
