Hi, I am looking for four of these locks. When the windows were installed in our basement they did not put the lock on two of them.

When cranking open the windows the part that moves the window open and close while cranking,falls out of the slotted track on the bottom of the widows. And the crank is slow to respond-nearly two full turns before window begins to move. Do you have replacement parts? The part numbers are on top of t ... (cont.)
