38-089 Casement Window Keeper

We have these Truth casement locks. When we got the house there was nothing on the windows for them to lock to. Just two pilot holes. I've looked at the different keepers but can only guess which one matches to the lock.

Looking for these keepers but the number on them doesn't match up or pull anything up. 31344a I believe was the number. Any ideas?

the only identification we can find is what is stamped between the glass on the spacer: RR 98. We assume it was made in 1998. Sash measures: 26-1/2" wide x 42-3/8" tall. Any idea who might have manufactured this wood/clad window?
