Needing parts for casement windows. 1. Track/pivot- the track the window travels on and has a pin for the pivot arm. # on it is 358-1L. The one shown is the right side opposite of the one I need. Is there any way to adjust the operator? When you purchase a replacement. Is the handing designated from the inside or the outside of the window? Thank you

Need replacement

Hi I was wondering about some replacement keepers for my casement windows. The casement mechanism says Truth EntryGard and it is a multipoint lock system. I have not been able to find identical keepers and I was wondering if there is an alternative that will work.

These crank windows are very old. I am trying to replace the hardware that is shown in white as all the hardware we have is in brown. I see things on your website but I'm not sure if they're the right numbers. The parts are all Truth hardware. The casement window keeper I think the part number is ... (cont.)

There are two of these locks on each window. I am looking to make them white and not brown. It look to me that there are at least 2 parts needed/ The lever with lock, and the cover for the lever. I need 4 of these.

I'm looking for locks for my Marvin awning window from the 1980s. I have another Marvin awning window from the same era with locks on either side that lock in the same downward position (per the photos). Does truth make any such mirroring locks? My daughter is missing the latch on a casment window. Here is a picture of same latch on another window. Unfortunately I do not know the manufacturer. We are hoping you can help identify the part and have it in stock.

Pictures one and three are what I am looking for. I posted the middle picture to see the color. It looks to be a platinum, clay, stone not sure. It is Marvin window I think. Can you help me find the same thing in this color?

I broke the little knob and need a new latch assembly. Numbers I see on item are: 45098 P/N 31300 E CAN PAT 1980.1985 US PAT NO 4059298.4429910
