38-089 Casement Window Keeper

I'm in need of a latch for my crank out window! I can't lock my window down & really need this piece.

I need locking mechanism for this. We have 4 on bay windows

Window is 16" w x 31" h, a small casement. Opens to left. Ring gear on the operator shaft pops out. I drove it in and it stays provided the window is used gently. Hello, I broke the lever on this lock that pulls the vertical window pane into the frame and locks it after turning a separate handle that swings the 60" vertical window out and in. Can you help me order a replacement so I can get the window working again? Thank you, Dave

Take a look at our 38-075 sash lock and 38-089 keeper.Compare the dimensions to the parts you have and see if these will work for you.

This looks like a 38-170 in oil rubbed bronze. The stainless steel latch on my window has a part #31359. Can you get this for me.

I have a number of sash locks to replace on casement windows. The existing locks clearly have a left or right orientation and different part numbers (31300G and 31300H). Do you have these parts available in white? Thanks! -Dave

I am looking for replacement parts for the two pictures above. One is the lock on the window the piece is broken off where you push down to lock it. The other is the crank handle. I ordered your par #38-089 to replace truth keeper #20622 The overall projection of the truth 20622 is about 1/8" more than the 38-089 and makes the sash lock extremely hard to close and puts too much strain on the sahs lock. Hi I need to replace my broken awning window operator and two locking latch keepers (lost). They are manufactured by Truth in white and brass finishes as shown in the pics. There are 4 arms in the operator about 6 inches long each.

Looking to replace 5 Window latches as the levers are broken. Hoping to find a replacement latch with the same dimensions(screw hole locations, hook mechanism fits into window casment etc so I can make a simple replacement).

I am looking for either the mirror of this Biltbest window lock or something that can replace both of these locks. The window locks are stamped with BILTBEST STE GEN R62
