I just order Product Code: 38-090 from you (order number 1606591). Does the handle come with installation instructions? I looked at the window and not sure how to remove the old handle and install the new when it arrives. Is there a video or instructions you can direct me to? Thanks. ... (cont.)

Hi do you think my latches look similar to yours & they would work ? So many of mine are broken . My latch measures 3 inches ..windows are old not sure what brand but your site is the 1st time I've ever seen anything close to the latches we have on our windows. Thanks

Hi; Attached is photos of Wright 07900 casement operator. Do you have in stock the right and left hand replacement for this brand as well as handles? Also I'm looking for lock lever shown in 0224, I believe its a Silverline window.
