Bay window crank out lock for American Window? Thank you guys

Please help. Window lock lever broke with window locked. Need part number for broken mechanism . Number on window show ANSI Z97.11984 16CFR 1201 II SGCC1308. Would it be also be possible to assist how to unlock the window so i can access the mounting screw for lock

My house was built in 1998, I have silver line windows and replaced locks. I also have a double Casement window over the the kitchen sink. The latch to lock the window broke. Do you know if the 38-090 would be the correct replacement

Hi, I could not find the brand of window on my 20 years old house. These lock levers keep breaking as these are made of plastic. I am looking to replace these with stronger metal levers.

Within the first two weeks of moving into our house, the lock latches broke on both of my side windows. So we can no longer lock our windows.

what replacement part do i need

I am looking for the part that helps slides the locking bar up and down. The number 21550 was found on the arm of the casement crank arm

The first pic is from part of the lock which snapped off an connected to the lock slot as seen in pic 4. The lock handle is in pic 3. I included a picture of the crank but its not broken. I've had these windows since 1999. Several of my latches and cranks need to be replaced. I think the latch is part 38-090. Not sure about the crank.
