My "Wright" window crank mechanism's gears appear to be stripped, causing it to default. Also, the plastic locking piece is broken and I need a replacement part. Looking for a replacement handle for a lock on the side windows of a bay window. Just the handle is broken.

2 long vertical windows with cranks to open- not functiong. Able to open the windows but unable to close them without having to go outside and push the windows shut. Unsure of we need the whole crank/lock system replaced or which specific parts.
