38-129 Roto G2-38 Keeper

Looking for a replacement weatherstripping for a bay window. I didn't install the window and can't find a suitable replacement. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Do you have this part (I think it's a tie-bar keeper or retainer)? The rollers fit into it to hold the window closed. A lot of the parts for the casement window are Truth parts.

I'm looking for window latch as seen in the attached pictures.

This is a large picture window that is hinged and swings open from one side. The latch that is used to draw the window tightly closed is missing. I am inquiring to see if you have his latch?

This latch is what locks when you press the lever in place. It is a crystal window bay window.

I believe this is a TRULY brand latch, I need the part that you might call the "Keeper " that would be attached to the window itself, thanks.

The latch is broken in the locked mode. Window cannot be opened. Ply Gem Windows told me that you handle all of their repair part. I hope you can help me. The manufacturer is Crystal Windows-Series 235. We had a fire and the firemen pushed the windows open without unlocking them and two of these were broken on the left side. The last photo shows the existing broken piece,

I have a customer with a casement window that has no lock strikes/keepers on the sash (no screw holes - so, never had them) I took a photo of the casement next to it showing the parts needed. This customer needs three of these parts.
