This is in addition to the 5 pictures sent On the window it says Thermapane MA if that means anything

I have 3 or 4 of these DF1100 crank mechanisms to change out. I think the size is 13-1/2", tried to align tape from center of nylon guide see photo. Is this a right or left hand crank? The hole in the back of the case is an oval shape is it make this way or is this wear? What's your part number and ... (cont.)

I need a few LH and RH Caradco casement window operators. The length of the single arm is 14" and the roller is 7/8" diameter. Mine looks like your 39-013 and 39-014 but the arm is only 13.5" long. But that might work, what is the diameter of the end roller?

Hi, we have casement windows from the 80s and are wanting to update the operators. The number on it is Truth 30382. It looks like a dual arm and the large arm is appx 13" long. The crank in our Bonneville casement window is stripped and I have to push it initially to open it. Once opened about an inch, the crank then works. Hello, I am looking to replace the window operators seen in these two photos. Window one seems to have the number 6077. Window 2 has the number 3095. Please let me know if you need any additional information to help me purchase replacements.

Casement window hardware is from a wood window made probably around 1969. The dimension from the hardware can be seen in the photos. The hardware is brass colored. The particular part has failed and will no longer engage to open or close.
