The gear on my window crank appears to be stripped right before it completely closes to lock. I have included a pic for reference. One Piece Thermogard Window Crank from House Built 1975 and renovated in 2001. I have 3 or 4 of these DF1100 crank mechanisms to change out. I think the size is 13-1/2", tried to align tape from center of nylon guide see photo. Is this a right or left hand crank? I need a few LH and RH Caradco casement window operators. The length of the single arm is 14" and the roller is 7/8" diameter. Mine looks like your 39-013 and 39-014 but the arm is only 13.5" long. But that might work, what is the diameter of the end roller?

Hi, we have casement windows from the 80s and are wanting to update the operators. The number on it is Truth 30382. It looks like a dual arm and the large arm is appx 13" long.
