39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

Hello.. I need 2 left hand and 2 right hand.. rod is 15 inches

Is this enough for you to identify this operator? I had the end of the tape at the end of the arm.

I need a replacement for this Operator. It is a single arm 13.5 inch and it latches on the left. I think it is similar to your model 39-013 but I'm not sure. Can I replace the bearing wheel instead of the entire single arm operator assembly? If so, questions: Is the pin threaded? What exactly would the replacement part be called? Do you stock these parts?

The window feels like it's going to fall out as soon as I start cranking because the anchor point at the outside of the window is out of the track. This window is a good 20 feet off the ground so it's difficult to handle from the inside. Can I crank it all the way out to get that piece in there, o ... (cont.)

Got a couple of windows I want to replace the crank/operator. What parts do I need? Long crank arm is 15" from curve in arm to end. The other part connecting to the window has 6" and a 7 1/2" arms. These are old and have Wright stamped on them

Looks like I can remove the operator only by first removing the wooden sill cap that covers it, and sliding the long arm all the way off the window to the outside end with the operator still attached. No problem physically, it's ground level. The guide channel is dadoed into the bottom of the sash ... (cont.)

The shaft has separated from the operator. The brass gear that locks in the shaft can not be screwed back in properly. So I believe I will need to replace the entire casement operator. I don't see the name of the window anywhere on the frame. I have attached pictures of the current casement oper ... (cont.)

Hello, I have been researching online to try to find Wright brand operator arm for a few windows that need new operators. They all have 13 1/2" arms and the numbers engraved on the side of the arm is 8490. Can you assist me in finding a suitable replacement? Thanks!

these are 1979 vintage. do you carry the wood covers? Can you identify the crank part number from the photo? is this considered a RIGHT or LEFT hand crank? thanks.
