I do not see any identifying names on this mechanism. I am on the ocean and keep windows open all the time, so salt air and exposure make for rusted mechanisms. I'm looking for a replacement for a Truth 40055 operator. It is 13.5 inches from pivot point to nylon wheel. I can't find the exact part can you suggest an alternative?

I am at a loss for this window hardware. My parent's house was build by a contractor that used "industrial" parts that are so irregular that it is often hard to find parts. It was build in the 60's. I've a worn-out "R.O.W." left-handed operator, arm is 13 1/2 inches long, screw holes in crank are 4 1/2 inches apart. My window repair man could not find a replacement, so he gave the used part back to me.

Hi, My window opener has an arm about 12 " long and it is a little bent and does not pull the window closed tight, i have to close it with speed to use momentum to get it to the catch.
