I have Caradco casement windows but the crank/arm measurement is longer than the example on your webside for that particular part and you seem to only carry the one size. I have this number on my cranks - Made by TRUTH 45136 So far the only thing I have found here is the 39-255. I also need the 13.5 arm. The other one that was reference didn't have the same screw holes. Thank you

The casement window pictured here and used in this house was built in 1957. I am pretty sure that the windows are Biltwell from Dubuque, Iowa. At least the hardware has that as a stamp identifying the hardware as such. The arm is over 14" in length.

I do not see any identifying names on this mechanism. I am on the ocean and keep windows open all the time, so salt air and exposure make for rusted mechanisms.
