Hello, I need to replace hardware or figure out how to fix as large Arm is completely removed (not fixed) and gear is not attached. Need to replace soon. What part do I need? Any advice helps, thanks!

Existing "crank" does not work....feels locked up. Need to replace handle, mechanism and arm to connect with the window. appears a problem with crank- attached photos of it- can I replace with crank with screw as it seems it's not catching? If doesn't work is it returnable? Or do I need entire unit?

We have two casement windows in a bay window. Both cranks are broken. One handle is striped and the other is striped and has fallen out of the window. I have Caradco casement windows but the crank/arm measurement is longer than the example on your webside for that particular part and you seem to only carry the one size.
