39-014 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

I'm trying to find a replacement for this brass/gold colored LH casement crank.

Most of our windows are okay, with some that still have working mechanisms but the plastic part located at the end of the arm is not removable and comes out of the track on the actual window itself when you try to open it or close it. Therefore, we are looking for at least 4 complete sets. ... (cont.)

This operator is similar to the 39-221 but I need stiff arm.

I need a Truth straight arm operator that is 12-1/2" long

I need to replace two (RIGHT) window crank operators. The pictures are of the matching left window (screen is easier to remove on that side). The arm is 13.5". I can provide additional photos if needed.

I work for a lumber yard and a customer called to find out if we could locate parts for his 1995 Mercer Windows. I need the operators for Mercer casement windows in white. I need a price on both left and right hand operators.

The crank is a Wright # 7703. The arm is about 13.5" and the hole spacing is 3".

I have a broken 4" wide casement operator that has the number 40055 on the bottom. It has an 11" arm measured from the center of the hole to the and of the arm. What is the replacement for this? Can I just get the operator and keep the existing arm? See images attached.

I would love to give you more pictures but can't! I have tried to get the elderly lady to give me more info I have measurements that don't align with any trust mechanism. The casements are from 1979 built house! Long arm is supposed to be roughly 11.75" to wood , short arm is 5..375 and the metal ... (cont.)

All parts in images are worn out and need total replacement.

Hi, My windows casement (crank unit) is no good anymore. I can open but can't close the window tight since the gear is slipping. I was able to get these number from the crank case.
