Can you please help me identify who make this crank, it is from the mid-70's? We have a lot of windows that are not working and need to find replacement hardware.

I would love to give you more pictures but can't! I have tried to get the elderly lady to give me more info I have measurements that don't align with any trust mechanism. Window crank does not work. The arm measures approx 12" and i cannot find this exact part anywhere. Please help. thank you.
