Hi, I have a small Norco casement window that I believe is original to our house, which would make it about 42 years old. Do you have a replacement window crank, left side, Truth, 14" arm? For a wood frame window. (see photos)The original internal mechanism is all broken, warped, and bent the assembly all out of shape, it no longer works. Please LMK. Thank you! Best regards, Joe

I need help identifying replacement window crank

There is no number or identification on the crank

I can tell this is a Truth operator as it has their logo on the arm. However, there are no part numbers and all the replacement ones I've seen are slightly different. I'd hate to spent money and the unit not be correct.

The window crank on one of the windows is unusable. The windows were installed when the house was built in 2001. I found a sticker with information on a similar window which is on one of the attached photos. I am able to open window by pushing and pulling very hard!!! What do I need to replace? Any ... (cont.)

I need hardware, openers and hinges, for three casement windows. From the outside two would be on the left and one on tge right. All three windows have same size hardware. I opened an old casement window that was caulked and painted in. The crank works however the smaller arm that guides the corner of the window is detached, so I think I need a new crank mechanism. The articulation from the top of the window seems to be working fine. The crank that is spin to open ... (cont.)

First two picks are the left swinging window. The arm underneath the window has broken off. the second two pics, is the right swinging window. From 1988.

The crank is 4 inches long and 2 inches wide.The arm is nine inches long.No identifying marks.Will need one for left and one for right window.ThanksFrank

The length on the crank part looks to be about 13 inches from inside the crank the crank itself is 4 inches to fit back in the window

Hi! There are no markings that I can find. The threads under the crank handle are stripped so when we try to crank to close the window we cannot get it fully closed.
