Attached is a picture of the window casement operator I need.

Hello, I was wondering if you guys have any parts similar to this one - the longest arm I could find listed on your site was short than the arm that I have (roughly 14 3/4" from crank stud to end of arm)

Based on the images can you tell me the correct replacement part # to order. The long arm is beyond 10". The windows are nearly 30 years old. I believe they were Norco and are now owned by Menards.

Hello. Looking to replace parts on a window where the operator and one of the locks seems broken. operator : skips and won't close the window completely. Weather Shield brand cranks for a bay window. I couldn't find any numbers. Installed in 1978.

I have the same 39-014 ROW operator and I need a replacement part. Not sure what it's called. This bar extends up the side of the window case and lathes the window closed. It has has a broken plastic connector at the bottom. Where can I get on of these bars?

Wright, 07701-00 on the underside, original to house built in 1988. Just need to get a replacement for it. The arm wobbles in the operator housing, so the arm drops off of the sash when the arm roller comes to the "roller escape section" of the sash's steel roller track. I don't know who made the ... The Truth operator (2 pieces) is broken. The casement windows were installed back in 1988-89 and finally broke. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have anything that may help. Feel free to call Steve if need to discuss. Thank you.

Identical or functional equivalent. Arm is 13.5" Label on arm says "Truth". Sill opening is 4".

I am looking for what I believe is a Truth split arm operator for a casement window. The number on the arm is 30744, and I believe this would be a left-hand model. The window was manufactured in around 1987. Thanks!
