I need replacement hardware for these awning style windows with Truth hardware. I'm not sure of the age but my guess is they are 20-30 years old.

I am looking for a replacement operator. One arm is marked 'Truth'. Full collapsed it measures 25 1/5 inches end to end. The distance between the connection points on the connection are is 9". The house is about 20 years old, and we can't find this operator at any local window place. There's two arms that are equal length and measure about 18 to 18 1/2" from the end to the operator. What part do I need?

13 45054 is on the handle of this Clausen window handle. The large opening on the handle measures 11/16 and the smaller on the handle itself is 6/16 of an inch. I also need the base that the handle fits in. Thank you!

House was built in 1998. One awning window has operator arms that rise slightly when window is opened, blocking it from being closed. If the arms are pressed down slightly, window cranks closed normally. As you can see, one arm is marked "Truth." Can these arms be adjusted (and if so, how), or does ... (cont.)

Please see the attached installation, the crank shaft has backed out of the housing and I can't figure out how to rethread it back in.

the brass nut holding the spiral shaft in is the most critical. Also, not sure about the best tool to tighten in the brass nut.
