I've measured elbow to elbow and my casement window crank is 25 1/5" when closed so I'll be purchasing 39-015. Which crank handle is compatible with this product? My current handle is secured with a small screw but not sure which one will be best for 39-015.

I'm looking on your website for window cranks. I see similar ones, but not the exact match. I'm sending a picture of what we have. My window is 13" at the pivotal points. What crank do you have that will work ? Thanks.

Hi. We have multiple window cranks that are stripped and need replacing. The cranks operate awning windows. Can you help me find the crank that is in the picture?

trying to find the best replacement for this operator it looks like part #39-083 but the overall of existing is 21.5" part #39-070 overall length would work better, but the crank mechanism looks incorrect. please advise

Im looking for a standard Thomson awning window operator replacement. There is 3 screws to hold the operator done, 5-3/4" between the 2 outside holes. There are 2 arms about 18". The arms connect to a sliding track on the window
