Hi trying to locate some replacement mechanisms before I start restoring these windows. What do you have to offer? When folded in they measure 25 1/2 in. And approx. 15 in. Extended The dual hooks on window frame are not necessary, can be converted to single. Thank you. Scott

These windows are about 20 years old and all hardware on most are failing What is availability and cost to replace? Only number I could locate was on bottom of mechanism 45206

Thesse units look very similar to Anderson windows of the same age. All wood windows. One is a awning style. The other is a left side unit from a pair that both close to the middle. There is a symbol on the cranks but I cannot tell what it is. I need one of each.

We have these crank out windows and 6 of them are broken at the crank. They spin and fall out into our hands not opening or closing the windows. We do not want to replace the windows . Can you help us finds replacement for the cranks?

Looking for parts for this window. I have several that need repair. Mostly the crank mechanism are broken or missing retaining nut that holds in the crank gears. Dual arm with the gears located either side of the worm screw crank.

I SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. THEN i SAW THIS SO YOU MAY GET DUPLICATE QUESTIONS. THE THREADS THAT HOLD THE BUSHING WHERE THE HANDLE GOES IN ARE STIPPED. STRIPPED ON THE CASING NOT THE BUSHING, MAYBE THE BUSHING IS WORN TOO.

I need assistance in replacing my awning window operator. The operator says TRUTH with an arrow on the arm and on the casting. On the arm is the number 30897A. On the casting is the number 45301.
