Removing old screws to install new 39-015
I ordered a new operator for my window. How do the retaining screws come out without destroying the bottom of the window seal?

Window opener
Handle has a part #45012. The locking screw threads are stripped. Also, how do you get the mechanism out of the window frame, as I don't see any screws from either side.

Awning window operator
The operator I have looks a lot like your 39-348. The mounting holes are different. The casting has the name Standard Thompson and the ends of the arms have metal "buttons" that ride in the channel. The distance between the buttons is 34 3/4".
