39-025 Awning Window Crank Operator

We bought new awning operator(silver) but it needs some kind of rivet as old one (white) has See attached photos( 2 of old casing that includes rivet. One of new casing

I need a bunch of the cranks and these other parts for my windows. I have measurements. Can you confirm what I think I need? Tim

The hole spacing for the bracket is the 5-1/4" top to bottom. The operator link arm is 2-3/8". The issue is the handle comes out of the operator when closing counter clockwise at about 30% remaining before secure. Operator can open windows fully and bring them back in to some degree. Can't find any numbers, names, or markings on any of the windows or pieces. Two windows and cranks are no longer functional. We have taken everything apart to attempt to fix it with no luck. The windows will only move outward to open but not back inward to close.

It looks identical but not sure!

Hole-to-hole length on the operator housing is 5 1/4", the hole-to-hole spacing on the final linkage is 2 1/2". Hole-to-hole length on the middle, geared linkage is 2 1/2". This middle linkage takes a 1/4" bend to the outside. I have no idea of the window manufacturer. I bought them 10 years ago ... (cont.)

The vertical measurement is 6 inches which includes the flat sections above and below for the mounting screws. It comes out from the window about 2 1/4 inches. Need help replacing some left and right awning window operators. : Height is 5 1/4", the arm is 2 1/4", and bottom mounting holes is approximately 1 1/8". Awning window operator. Details: Ht. 5 1/4" Connect arm 2 3/8" hole to hole. Bottom mounting holes 1 1/8" hole to hole. Existing operator does not use screws with arm, uses pin with snap rings.
