Need replacement crank part

I replaced the operator (39-025). While it works, it doesn't close the windows all the way. What can be done? The windows look like they have a closing latch that pulls in the windows to seal them at the very end. How do they work? Could they be the problem?

Our older 3-season porch has a few awning cranks not working, the one pictured handle broke off. The bottom two screw holes are 1 1/8" a part, the top to bottom screw holes are 5 1/4" a part and the elbow to end of arm is 2 3/8" long. hello we have joulosie windows but not sure of the manufacturer. Your window crank loose close to what we have. Can you confirm? Our windows are stuck open.Do you also sell covers for the other side of the window for the opening? We would need 12

On the inside of the crank it says... 4RH 18-0821. I need 3 right hand and 1 left hand.

I bought an older house with a 3 season room. The crank mechanism is stripped or stuck and I cannot close the windows, looking for a replacement mechanism/casing

1. To attach the crank case there are 3 machine screws that have to be screwed into the window. The holes for the bottom 2 match (those of your 39-025) but the hole for the upper screw is on the wrong side. See photo. It looks like 39-025 only has 1 hole at the middle of the top. I have a awning crank operator that has machine screws that aren't doing a very good job of holding the crank securely against the window. what is meant by left handed or right handed replacement crank operator? Looking at the unit my crank unit is on the left side of window. The handle on the actual unit is on the left side. Do I want a left or right unit? Thanks for help

Can you identify this window crank? Crank is from a Silverline window. Marked inside with "patent no D-198202U Bottom holes 1-1/8" apart. Bottom hole to top hole 5-3/16"

My broken crank just has a number on it--- 3668-A I have looked at your item 39-025. looks like it might work. Looks like the mounting screw holes will match and the hole in my units arm is threaded for the connecting screw. hope you can fix me!
