Here are the numbers on the inside of the awning/ window operator. Pat. No.198202 u.s. 2 R.H. 1963 can It's a left side crank. Thank you

Look to be circa 1980 or so... left hand rotos. Original window manufacturer unknown.

Need 2 handles and replace 1 mechanism with handle it is a right handed 5 and 1/4 in. Goes on an old joulisse window. Color is cream do you have in stock

I would like the replacement part for the awning window shown in the pictures. I am unable to locate a manufacturer of the window or any identifying marks. The actuator pictured has the number 8 and 0 stamped on the connecting arm. The rivet for the connecting at has the number 19 stamped in it. Tha ... (cont.)

I have 6 awning windows that were installed about 22 years ago. Windows are probably Victor aluminum awning windows. Is that adequate information to order replacement cranks? Three right and three left are needed. I'll attach a photo.Thanks,Eric

Good Morning, My window crank handle detached from the operator with a metal screw attached. I tried screwing it back in but it won't thread. The window still opens/closes manually so I believe the problem is with the handle. Please advise on best route to fix/replace.

this handle will open the window but when i try to close it the handle unscrews from its base, do you have a replacement ?

I have a need for a window crank which I believe is a right hand version of Product Code: 39-026. Are there any differences in these? The one I am replacing has no markings nut is stamped KD JAL on the inside of the tabs where is attaches to the frame. It is silver in color , not white, but color ... (cont.)

The handle on this window crank has become detached from the rest of the hardware and do the window can't be closed. I'm not sure exactly which part I should buy to replace it. Thank you.
