Looking for correct replacement operator, and tips on corrosion prevention and lubrication
Hi, I have several right and left operators that need to be replaced due to severe corrosion. They seem to match the dimensions for your 39-025 and 39-026 except that the arm extension is 2 3/16" center-to-center. All other dimensions are the same. awning window operator replacement
I am trying to find the proper replacement awning window operators. They look similar to 39-026 but a couple of differences the attaching arm is 2 1/2 inches long and it has a 3/8 hole which had a plastic sleeve . The arm has a slight offset. Left sided replacement handles and housing
I am replacing moulding around existing windows, but now need left sided window cranks and off white in color. The hole centers are greater than 5" and have no visible brand markings or serial numbers.

I ordered and recieved 2 window operators that loked like the correct replacement. It was real close pu not correct.The item Number is 39-194. The bolt alignment vetically was correct but horizontialy was not with the two screw holes. That would have been fine as I could have drilled anew hole. Unf ... (cont.)

Hello, Your model #39-026 Has almost all the correct measurements except one. The top hole is not one but two holes spaced 7/16" on center line apart. awning window operator (1970's?)
No markings of any kind found on the parts. The operator is 5 3/4 from end to end while the gear part is 4" from end to end and 2 1/2 inches from hole to hole. I hope this is enough info to help. thanks, bill

Remington replacement window crank operator
All specs of the 39-026 seem to be exact except the arm extension. Original arm measures 2 7/16" rather than 2 1/4 ". Will this be a problem?
