The hand crank on my 27yr old casement window broke off (see image 0155). It looks like the crank mechanism is made by TRUTH (see image 0158). I believe the windows are Semco but not positive. I need the screw part of the crank for a casement window. The window is on the right from inside, but there is an L on the right arm of the mechanism. Hi, I have a window operator I need to replace. I am not sure if it is Anderson, but it does have the crank in the middle. I believe it is roughly 9.5" . Will the 39-094 work in this application or is there something else I should be purchasing? Thanks! VB

installed 1991 the handle gears threads are stripped and we can no longer open our windows. I believe the windows are Crestline, but cannot find the paperwork to identify for sure. I have a broken "Entry Card Truth" operator. The base plate is 5" long and marked 40471 The bent arm is marked 30824R and the short arm is marked 20810. The long arm is about 9". Cover and handle are white.

Hello, I'm looking for a whit window crank replacement. I'm not sure what brand of window I have, but the crank says made in the USA and the crank brand says Truth. Any help finding a replacement crank is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for the attached pictures. The stamped number on the main part appears to be 45179. Near as I can tell, the shorter arm has 20810A on it, though I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly. Let me know if more pics would help. Thanks, Tom

Hello, I need to replace the crank operator on 3 windows. It appears that they may be stripped, as the handle no longer turns the crank to open/close the windows. I have included several pictures to assist in identifying the replacement parts needed. Thank you for your help.
