Hi Swisco. I have several casement windows with failed crank mechanisms. Most of them are a brand I don't recognize, with a "K/K" logo near the handle. (See attached photo.) They are wood windows. I am trying to replace a dual arm casement window operator. The window is small and having removed the old operator the long arm is about 7". Everywhere only seems to have a 9" long arm. Can you supply one ?

The crank handle came out of the mechanism. The window is a side out (left to right). The crank cover lays up against the ledge. The cover looks like part 39-322, but it isn't brass.
