I need to replace operator mechanism on a window built by bestbilt around 20 years ago. These windiows were sold by harvey industries and they referred me to you. I can send you a picture of the operator mechanism if that would help.

We need a new crank assembly for one of your windows (truth weather Gard) The broken one is left-opening (hinge on left when viewed from the exterior. It is mounted in an opening 5"wide. Several of my windows are in need of new mechanism. Thought maybe I would do them all at once. Appear to be Truth mechanisms: 30740 L.H w/ short arm 30636/20544 and 30472 R.H w/ short arm 30842R/20810. Do you have replacements? And at what cost? Before I order, please confirm which part I should order. two identifiable numbers are on two separate pieces of this part that I need to replace. one piece has 20810 and another piece has 30841L.
