I have to awning windows and one casement window with defective oparators and want to replace them. The window sticker says jel-n-201. Two pictures are related to the casment window, one is related to the the awning windows. Can you tell me which operators I need to order?

I just need the part that is inside the window casing. That rolls the window in and out. The part that makes it roll in and out is broke

Hi, I work in purchasing for a construction company in Hawaii. I was asked to find a replacement for a Pozzi window crank. I don't have much information other than the brand and the photos. I could ask the foreman though if you have any specific questions.

Hopefully the pictures say it all - I see a brand name of Vetter but no part numbers
