39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

need to replace this but I'm unsure which one to buy

These are Kolbe & Kolbe windows manufactured in 1999. They are 22" x 46"

This is a circa year 2000 Windowmaster purchased from Home Depot and installed by my contractor. Looking from the inside, the crank is on the left and the window pivots out opening on the right. The part reads Entrygard and on the bottom there is a code 40754

The window crank for the right hinged window is broken, window cannot be opened anymore. The other image shows the opened opposite left-hinged crank as an example. The smaller crank arm has the number 20810 imprinted on it. The cranks are found on Crestline Casement windows.

Installed on Jeld Wen aluminum clad wooden casement window.Circa 1996.Please recommend replacement part. Also plastic operator cover dark brown.Thanks!Bill

These were Peachtree windows that were put in about 35 years ago. As you can see from the photos it opens out to the left. The number on the mechanism is 2081. And the wrds on the mechanism are Entry Gard TRUTH

Hello. We have 2 clad case master Marvin windows. The cranks (part number 10898240 ) no longer work. They are discontinued. There may also be a problem with the operator too. When the cranks did work, we could get the window to open. However, to close the window you'd have to lean on it from the out ... (cont.)

It is stamped Truth Entry Guard, and has gears similar to 39-036, but the operator's arms and link arms look different.

I am needing the crank replacement for our window. I am not sure of the exact part numbers. The widows were installed in 1994 by Milguard. Please let me know if you can help me with this or if I will have to get more info, and if so what exactly, in order to know the part for sure. ... (cont.)

This broke over the weekend. It will allow the window to open, but will not close the window. The entire case pulled out, and is broken where the handle pushes in. Thank you so much.

Hi there, What model do I need to replace this casement operator?

Hello- I'm looking to replace these two operators. The left side has markings 20544 and 30744. The long arm is 9.5" and the short arm is 4.375. The right side has markings 20810 and 40841L. Same arms lengths as above. Thank you!

The screw gear attached to the crank handle appears to be stripped and does not engage the gears to open or close the window. Do you sell this part?
