Hello, The handle rotates but mechanism is not working properly. TRUTH Brand 40471 0n mechanism and Truth ENTRY GUARD 20810, arms move properly. Thank you Alex

K/K brand. Need one for right swing window and one for left swing window.

The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.

I have 9 windows with this hand crank, the round piece at the end of the long arm that slips in to the guide on the window keeps slipping out of track. Can this part be replaced or do you have to buy the whole assembly?

Awning window with side crank. Spiral gear might be stripped. Doesn't stay inside crank shaft.

This part is from a truth window opening hardware set. The window opens but does not close because this part does not latch onto the parts that cranks. I believe this part got stripped due to lack of lubricant over the years.

Do you have available?

hello I have two pairs of windows with these operators. Two have now failed and I would like to replace all four. They are "Entry Guard" 31538 and the one that is pictured also has a large "L" stamped on the arm.
