Our Wilmar wooden casement window (around 28 years old) won't close once opened. The device appears to be stripped. Wilmar is no longer in business. Have been told we need to replace the entire mechanism. Prefer bronze to match others. There are two arms connected to the device. Not sure wher ... (cont.)

The only markings I see are Semco on the crank handle and EntryGard on the crank arm. Hope that is enough to match. Thanks!

Need a replacement dual arm casement operator that was installed in 2012. Also, need a new cover and crank (white in color). My window is 25yr old and crank has broken. I'm not 100% what brand my windows are but I believe Truth is correct. This crank looks correct from what I can see just I haven't taken of the wood molding to make sure. Wonder your thoughts?
