39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Parts label 30841L.

The drive screw is no longer properly retained in the operator mechanism and pushes out when closing the window. I may only need a retainer clop of some sort, but it may be simpler to replace the entire operator. An exploded parts view would be very helpful.

I have purchased a TH-23076 and a TH-23077 from Home Depot. They do not have the guide attached to the window that the roller would fit in, nor do they have the crank and crank cover. Can you help me? I need on for each side.Thanks,Glenn

Window # is D326 89 Y27B2 # on one of the crank arms was 177D This is a rental apartment and I don't have the skill to take these out/apart. But would like to know if you might be able to ID the crank handle and arms so i can replace them. thank you. Tom

The roller on the new piece it taller than the original (my original is metal only and not as "high" ? and would not fit into the track. the track is also on the bottom of the frame not on the face -- did truth reddish its products? is there a ...
