Can you please tell me the correct replacement part for this window. I'm not sure how you measure the arm. I'd like a left and a right side part. Long arm says Entry Guard Truth, number 30472RH on the back. Short arm says number 30842R and 20810 on different parts of the front Base has a 6 and 4047 ... (cont.)

Hello, I need to replace the operator for our kitchen window. Some of the gears no longer move when we move the crank. On the crank it says, "Entry Gard Truth" and on the back side 40753. On the smaller part with the hinge it says 31538A. I have attached pictures of the operator. Could you please he ... (cont.)

The crank started wiggling then came out. I tried to screw it back in, but it could not catch on the inside. Do I need to replace everything or just the handle? Also, I am not very handy. Will replacing it be a task?

Windows open just fine. Won't close and handle attachment unscrews.

The number stamped on the operator is #R30842 and L30841. i need 2 lefts and 1 right. Thanks Doug

When I crank it open it opens, and when I crank it closed, it does not close, rather the whole crank handle and plastic cover comes upward and outward from the base of the window
