The worm screw does not stay seated and so it will open but not close the window. To close the window I can turn it counter clock-wise and pull it in. I notice that the screw worm wants to come out. My window part has the name "Truth Entry Guard" and has the following stamped number on it's arm: 30842R The gears on my item seem to be broken. Which one of your parts do I need to order?

Long arm 40754 short arm 31538a body 45273 these are the numbers on my hardware short arm measurement is 4 7/16 and long arm is 10 3/4

Do you have anything that resembles these parts? We have 2 windows with broken mechanisms.

I purchased 4 replacement operators 39-031 the wheel at the end of the arm are thicker on new operators is there a replacement track that will fit that wheel original track has #30175 on it. These are vinyl casements is mounted on bottom of surface not on the face

Brand name of the window is Marvin, window are casements, windows are 30 years old.Brianwindows crank assembly is broken , windows do not openMarvin windows will not help us on this, i have contacted my rep.

I do not know the manufacturer of this window, all I know is that it is old. I need both left and right hand operators. Can you tell from this picture what I need? Let me know what else I can look for or take pictures of to help identify the part needed. Thank you, Bryan

Some cheap model all vinyl casement window parts!I have some crank hardware but the track on new ones are a plastic bearing roller!Is there a track/guide to fit this and also the pin side that the short arm connects to on pivot side of window?
