The plate number is 40471 The long arm number is 30472 RH the "elbow" arm is R30842 the "connecting arm" is 20810 the "shelf piece" is 20545 The windows are over 17 years old....wood on inside and vinyl outside. We cannot make out the brand. The windows are in good shape but many of the casement ... (cont.)

I'm looking for three left and three right operators.

Operator does not work, is this the only piece I need to replace?Left Lock

The mechanism is not working properly, I can open the window, but when closing, it gets blocked.I hope you can help me, it looks I need a new mechanism. Thanks, Constantin

I have two windows that are broken in my house. The crank fell off on both windows, as well as the crank coverings. The gears on the crank are stripped. I'm not sure what to do. Thank you!

Casement sash operators for two different size sash, however operator is same. Need 4 right mounted and 6 left mounted. Only noted variance on operators is number stamped on arm attached to gear; R30842 vs. 30842R?Also need 6 crank operator handles, color as illustrated in photo.Regards,Ken ... (cont.)

Replacing a crank operator i overtorqued and broke. Window opens on the left and swings out to the right. Existing one said Entry Gard Truth, us patent 4241541, also has 40471, 20810, and 3084IL stamped on various parts. The long arm is about 9 1/4".

Hi, hopefully you can help me out. I have been looking for the replacement of the window crank assembly,the arms are fine. I have been searching for this brand,Truth, replacement parts with no luck. Any information, advice or guidance is hugely appreciated!

Our KK window crank broke off and need to replace the star inside the handle. Do we need to replace the whole crank mechanism?
